Shipping policy

Free delivery within the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland when you spend £90 or more.

At present we do not ship to the EU or Sweden.

Any International order will still be subject to customs charges within the destination country and these charges are not included in the shipping costs. The customer must pay the costs of these customs and extra charges themselves as these are not the responsibility of Windyridge Interiors and Gifts.

All orders are sent 2nd class tracked and signed for. They are charged according to weight and size and the price includes the cost of packaging, time involved processing your order and delivering it to the post Office. You will be emailed to clarify your order as soon as possible, and will be notified of tracking details once posted.
Once dispatched, typically UK orders take 2-4 days to arrive. International orders can take up to 21 + working days.

The option of collecting your order with prior arrangement is always an option. To do so you will have to email us and arrange a suitable time.

If an item is damaged or the wrong item it must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See policy for exempt items due to surface flaws and blemishes.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@windyridgeinteriorsandgifts.com. If your return is eligible , we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In some instances, we may need to arrange an overseas, or Highlands & Islands shipping cost separately at checkout and we will contact you with this as soon as practicably possible.

As advised above, all shipping costs will be calculated & displayed at the checkout but UK orders over £90 will have Free Shipping.
